Real Estate Brokerage Services Policy

In accordance with Subdivision 4 of section 442-h of the real property law, to the extent we provide Real Estate Brokerage Services, our standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective homebuyers are to follow are: (i) that prospective clients shall show identification; (ii) an exclusive broker agreement may, on  a case by case basis, be required; (iii) that prospective clients may be requested to show proof of financial capability and proof of funds; (iv)  in certain circumstances, pre-approval for a mortgage loan may be required; and (v) any other such standardized operating procedures as the secretary of state shall determine by regulation and upon notice and public hearing. This notice may be amended from time to time but is effective as of April 20, 2022.
